General description
硫酸葡聚糖是带负电荷的硫酸化多糖。由葡聚糖与氯磺酸酯化产生。葡聚糖用于治疗出血、烧伤、手术伤口和创伤。改善血流情况，防止红细胞聚集。葡聚糖降低血栓形成和术后肺栓塞的风险。是核糖核酸酶抑制剂。硫酸葡聚糖具有抗病毒、抗凝血和佐剂特性。
Application
硫酸葡聚糖钠盐（从明串珠菌属某些种（Leuconostoc spp）提取）用于：
- 作为标准品，可用于进行碳水化合物（C-PAGE）的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（59）和进行RNA 目标探测序列（SPOTs）成像的（61）
- 的琼脂糖凝胶电泳（60）
