General description
硫酸葡聚糖是带负电荷的硫酸化多糖， 可由葡聚糖与氯磺酸的酯化反应产生。具有抗病毒、抗凝血和佐剂特性。葡聚糖用于治疗出血、烧伤、手术伤口和创伤。可以增加血流量，阻断红细胞聚集。葡聚糖降低血栓形成和术后肺栓塞风险。作为核糖核酸酶抑制剂发挥作用。
Application
从明串珠菌属某些种（Leuconostoc spp）中提取的硫酸葡聚糖钠盐可用于：
- 使含脂肪的血浆脱脂（67）（70）
- 诱发啮齿类动物远端结肠发生炎症和致癌反应（68）
- 制备3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩（EDOT）（69）
