Application

- HPLC-DAD和高效薄层色谱(HPTLC)法检测复方片剂中的恩格列净、利格列汀，还有二甲双胍及其相关杂质氰基胍和三聚氰胺
- 开发和验证稳定性指示方法-毛细管区带电泳法(CZE)定量分析药物制剂中的二甲双胍及其主要杂质
- 高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)同步测定药片中的维格列汀、二甲双胍和二甲双胍相关化合物(A、B、C)。
