General description
磷酸氢二钠(NaH2PO4),又称二磷酸二钠,是生物化学研究中常用的一种磷酸盐,具有很多用途。它是制备磷酸盐缓冲盐水(PBS)和磷酸盐缓冲液的关键组成成分,磷酸盐缓冲液是许多生物应用中常用的一种缓冲溶液。除了其缓冲性能之外,NaH2PO4还可用作沉淀剂,用于形成正磷酸银(Ag3PO4)粉末,使其成为许多实验室环境中的有用工具。二磷酸二钠也被广泛用于诸如奶酪等奶制品及其他食品中的乳化剂。
