Reagent-cartridge Biotin tag-PEG₄-COOTfp is a reagent cartridge for the Synple 2 Automated Synthesizer that enables the biotin tagging of amines through an acylation reaction. The cartridge contains all necessary reagents for linking the chosen amine substrate to biotin.

Scale: up to 0.1 mmol
Linker: PEG₄
Terminal functional group: active ester
Compatible substrates: amine, amine salts
