General description

Application

琼脂糖是最常用的免疫电泳介质，因其孔径大而具有扩散迅速、考马斯亮蓝 G 染色低背景等特点。低电渗、高凝胶强度琼脂糖专门经过选择和测试，可用于免疫电泳和免疫扩散。

Preparation Note

凝胶制备：
1. 通过混合 1.5g 琼脂糖（目录号。A4679），并在沸水浴中加热直至完全溶解。
2. 要制备一个凝胶，将 14 mL 琼脂糖溶液倒入 a 级别亲水侧，良好支持的 85 mm x 100 mm 的琼脂糖凝胶用电泳膜片（货号 E0264）从片材中心向边缘倾注，形成一层均匀的琼脂糖，厚 1-1.5 mm。
3. 使用前让凝胶在 4°C 下硬化一小时，或在 0-5°C 下储存于适当的、塑料包裹的容器中。
