Biochem/physiol Actions
钙蛋白酶抑制剂I可抑制肿瘤坏死因子诱导的（TNF诱导的）聚（ADP-核糖）聚合酶（PARP）和钙蛋白酶抑制素的裂解。它还可抑制氧/葡萄糖剥夺（OGD）诱导的caspase-12和Bcl-xL的裂解。
可引发HL-60细胞的细胞凋亡，但可阻断地塞米松诱导的胸腺细胞凋亡和环己酰亚胺诱导的间质细胞凋亡。 抑制细胞周期蛋白B降解，将细胞周期停滞在G1/S和中/后期。 阻断LPS在巨噬细胞中诱导一氧化氮合酶。
