General description
5′-溴-2-脱氧尿苷(BrdU)是一种可被皮肤吸收或吸入的致癌物质。BrdU溶液对光敏感。单克隆抗BrdU（免疫组织学等级）（小鼠IgG1同种型）分离自BU-33杂交瘤，其通过融合小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和来自用缀合KLH的溴脱氧尿苷免疫的BALB /c小鼠的脾细胞产生。

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
5′-溴-2-脱氧尿苷(BrdU)染色主要用于体内观察肿瘤细胞和其他组织的增殖。
其可与掺入DNA的或与蛋白质载体偶联的BrdU（溴脱氧尿苷）特异性反应。已观察到其与IdU（碘脱氧尿苷）的交叉反应。
Preparation Note
如需连续使用，请保存在0-5EC。对于更长期的存储，可对溶液进行等分并冷冻保存。不建议反复冻融。不建议在无霜冰箱中储存。如果长期储存后发生轻微浑浊，请在使用前通过离心澄清溶液。
