General description

Application

Preparation Note
除了最高分子量的葡聚糖D5501(分子量范围= 500万至4,000万),其他葡聚糖都具有非常好的水溶性。 Sigma测试显示,葡聚糖在水中的溶解浓度通常超过30mg/ml。葡聚糖也易溶于DMSO、甲酰胺、乙二醇和甘油。中性-水性葡聚糖溶液可通过在110-115oC下高压灭菌30至45分钟进行灭菌。葡聚糖在高温下可以被强酸水解。葡聚糖的末端还原性端基可在碱性溶液中氧化。
