General description

GenElute哺乳动物基因组DNA纯化试剂盒可以简单、方便地从多种哺乳动物源样本中分离高纯度的大分子量DNA。此类试剂盒使用了为基因组DNA纯化精选的硅胶膜，采用了方便的离心柱形式。

起始材料首先使用含有离液盐的溶液进行裂解，以确保大分子彻底变性。之后加入乙醇，当裂解物离心通过微量离心管时DNA会结合在硅胶膜上。在洗涤去除污染物后，将DNA放在200 μL的Tris-EDTA溶液中洗脱。预期的基因组DNA得率很大程度上取决于所用的起始材料用量及类型。通过本试剂盒纯化所得的DNA的A₂₆₀/A₂₈₀比率介于1.6-1.9之间，最大长度可达50 kb。

纯化所得的基因组DNA可直接用于限制性酶切、PCR、Southern印迹、测序反应等下游应用。

Biochem/physiol Actions
