General description
基因 LAMP1 (溶酶体相关膜蛋白 1) 可编码一种 I 类跨膜蛋白，该蛋白有一个包含 GYQTI (382)-COOH 的溶酶体靶向信号的短胞浆尾。该基因定位于人类染色体13q34上。
溶酶体相关膜蛋白1（LAMP1），也称为Igp120，是高度糖基化的溶酶体膜蛋白，分子量约 120 kDa。由分子量约40 kDa的核心多肽组成，具有O型连接和18个天冬酰胺连接的寡糖侧链。LAMP1蛋白含前导序列、大内腔区（由2个同源结构域组成，这2个结构域由富含脯氨酸和丝氨酸的铰链区隔开）、跨膜区（含24个氨基酸）和胞质短尾区（包含溶酶体膜靶向信号）。LAMP1普遍表达，且高度保守。尽管可在细胞表面检测到小部分存在，但LAMP1主要定位于溶酶体。研究发现，与低转移性细胞相比，高转移性肿瘤细胞在细胞表面表达更多的LAMP分子。
Immunogen

Biochem/physiol Actions
LAMP1（溶酶体相关膜蛋白1）基因编码一种作为细胞内受体的膜糖蛋白。 有研究发现它在多种类型癌细胞的胞质中表达，并且可能参与肿瘤侵袭。Lamp1对于穿孔素进入溶解颗粒和这些溶解颗粒的运动至关重要。对其进行敲除会导致人类自然杀伤细胞的细胞毒性受到抑制。
