印记®DNA修饰试剂盒包含完成亚硫酸氢盐转化和随后纯化DNA样本所需的所有试剂。DNA经化学变性,使亚硫酸氢盐试剂与单链DNA特异性反应,从而使胞嘧啶脱氨基并产生尿嘧啶残基。转化的DNA 适用于多种下游应用,包括甲基化特异性PCR、甲基化测序、焦磷酸测序以及甲基化微阵列。

Preparation Note
所有组分均可在室温下储存。每瓶DNA修饰粉末足以进行10次DNA修饰。溶解后,溶液可在-20°C下避光保存一周。使用前,必须在室温下解冻冷冻溶液并涡旋2分钟。
