Application

SIGMA FAST p-磷酸硝基苯酯片剂用于:

开发用作可溶性底物,用于检测酶免疫分析法(EIA)中碱性磷酸酶的活性。 pNPP是高灵敏度碱性磷酸酶EIA检测的首选底物。将一片pNPP和一片Tris缓冲片溶解在去离子水中即得即用型底物。 SIGMAFAST pNPP每片可产生含有1.0 mg/ml pNPP、0.2 M Tris缓冲液的溶液。使用pNPP的EIA应用可以在定时实验中读数,或用3 N NaOH终止反应后延迟读数。SIGMAFAST 仅需要添加蒸馏水或去离子水即可制备活性底物溶液。片剂用箔包单个包装。

Preparation Note

将一组片剂溶于5 mL去离子水中,即可得到含有pNPP的即用型缓冲液。
