Preparation Note
Sigma的2倍预杂交液含200 μg/mL DNA，溶剂为10倍SSC和2倍Denhardt溶液：
- 200 μg/mL DNA
- 2mg牛血清白蛋白(BSA)
- 2mg Ficoll
- 2mg聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)
- 0.15 M柠檬酸钠
- 1.5M NaCl
