General description
单克隆抗-磷酸丝氨酸（小鼠 IgG1 亚型）抗体来自于免疫小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和脾细胞相互融合而产生的杂交瘤细胞。
Immunogen
磷酸丝氨酸与钉形贝血蓝蛋白（KLH）结合。
Application
小鼠抗磷酸丝氨酸单克隆抗体可用于蛋白印迹。
抗磷酸丝氨酸抗体可间接 ELISA，其工作稀释度为1:500。使用大鼠脑皮质提取物进行免疫印迹时，可以使用 1:500-1:1100 的工作稀释度。该抗体可用于免疫印迹，检测拟南芥茎提（Arabidopsis thalliana）取物中的丝氨酸磷酸化蛋白质（工作稀释度1:250）。
Biochem/physiol Actions
磷酸丝氨酸（PS）可用作检测癌症抗原125（CA 125）的模板。
通过 ELISA 和斑点印迹，该抗体以游离氨基酸形式或与载体（如 BSA 或 KLH）的缀合，与磷酸化丝氨酸特异性反应。与非磷酸化丝氨酸、磷酸苏氨酸、磷酸酪氨酸、AMP 或 ATP 无交叉反应。该抗体已用在免疫印迹中定位一些含磷酸丝氨酸蛋白质。由于识别位点的空间位阻，该抗体可能无法识别已知含有磷酸化丝氨酸的某些蛋白质。
