General description
麦胚 tRNA 含有许多不同的特异性 tRNA 分子。
Application
粗转移 RNA (tRNA) 从小麦胚芽中提纯，含有许多特定的 tRNA 分子，可以通过不同的过程分离。利用 体外 翻译系统进行详细的结构和功能研究实验通常需要高纯度的 tRNA，这可以通过色谱分离和 tRNA 的可逆生化修饰的组合来实现。麦胚 tRNA 已用于从麦胚纯化 RNAse Z（tRNA 3′-处理核酸内切酶）。纯化包括 6 个步骤，其中最有效的步骤是使用由麦胚 tRNA 构成的亲和柱，其与 RNAse Z 紧密结合。
适合作为核酸纯化和沉淀中的载体使用。
Preparation Note
