General description

Application
来自鸡蛋白的胰蛋白酶抑制剂已被用于：
- 终止蛋白水解反应
- 在OVO-1溶液中研磨细胞悬浮液以分离视网膜
- 用于皮质解离的磷酸盐缓冲液
Biochem/physiol Actions
卵类粘蛋白具有胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性。它有多个可以与免疫球蛋白E（IgE）结合的构象和线性表位。它稳定性高，可耐受加热和蛋白水解。
