General description
3’,4’-Methylenedioxy-α-pyrrolidinopropiophenone, also known as MDPP, is a synthetic cathinone found in numerous bath salt blends under the street name NRG-1. This designer drug first emerged in Germany in the late 1990s and early 2000s as an ingredient in imitation ecstasy pills. This Certified Spiking Solution® is suitable for use as an internal standard in MDPPP testing methods by GC/MS or LC/MS for applications in clinical toxicology, forensic analysis, or urine drug testing.
