General description

An internal standard suitable for secobarbital testing or isotope dilution methods by GC/MS or LC/MS for clinical toxicology, forensic analysis, pain prescription monitoring, or urine drug testing. Secobarbital, sold under the trade name Seconal®, is a barbiturate used in the treatment of epilepsy, the short term treatment of insomnia and as a preoperative anesthetic.
