Application

Fast automated online xylanase activity assay using HPAEC-PAD.: This study utilizes sodium acetate in a novel automated method for xylanase activity measurement, enhancing analytical efficiency and precision (Cürten et al., 2018).

Preparation and properties of type-specific M antigen isolated from a group A, type 1 hemolytic streptococcus.: The study uses sodium acetate for preparing bacterial antigens, showing its utility in microbiological and immunological analyses (Lancefield and Perlmann, 1952).
