General description

This panel targets phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), which are essential mediators of cell signaling in response to growth factors and cytokines. RTKs such as EGFR, HER2, VEGFR, and PDGFR regulate pathways involved in cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. Aberrant RTK activation is associated with cancer, making this panel valuable for oncology and signal transduction research.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 16 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: phosphorylated (panTyr) c-Kit, c-Met/HGFR, EGFR, ErbB2/HER2, ErbB3/HER3 , ErbB4/HER4 , FGFR1 , FLT3 , IGF-1R, M-CSFR, PDGFRβ, TIE1, TIE2, VEGFR1, VEGFR2, and VEGFR3

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate Control Assays).

Features and Benefits

  • Simultaneously detect multiple phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) involved in cell growth, survival, and differentiation
  • Includes key RTKs such as EGFR, HER2, VEGFR, PDGFR, and others
  • Magnetic bead-based format ensures reproducibility and efficient processing
  • Compatible with cell lysates from cancer, immunology, and signal transduction studies• Ideal for oncology, drug discovery, and receptor signaling research
  • Fast, convenient alternative to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures
