General description

Biomarkers such as CTACK/CCL27, FGF-21, GnRH, IL-6, Jag1, Leptin, Notch1, and TNFα are central to understanding the biological processes of aging in mouse models. CTACK/CCL27 is involved in skin-associated immune signaling, while FGF-21 regulates metabolic adaptation and longevity. GnRH controls reproductive aging, and IL-6 and TNFα are key inflammatory cytokines linked to age-related immune dysregulation. Jag1 and Notch1 are part of the Notch signaling pathway, which influences cellular differentiation and tissue regeneration. Leptin reflects changes in energy balance and adipose tissue function. Together, these analytes provide a comprehensive view of molecular aging and systemic decline.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze up to 8 analytes in mouse serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants.

Analytes included: CTACK/CCL27, FGF-21, GnRH, IL-6, Jag1, Leptin, Notch1, TNFα

Assay Characteristics: Refer to assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, sensitivity, precision, and accuracy.
