Application

Tris Buffered Saline has been used as washing buffer for electrodes. It was used to wash microtiter plates for western blot experiments and screening methods.
Suitable for use as a washing buffer for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in dot blot assay.

Other Notes

Washing buffer for alkaline phosphatase or peroxidase conjugates in Western blotting. Working solution will contain 20 mM Tris, pH approx. 7.4, and 0.9% NaCl
