Application

Phosphate buffered saline has been used:

as a cell wash solution in human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs)
for perfusion studies in dissected brain samples
as wash solution for neurons culture cells sample preparation for immunofluorescence and immunocytochemical labelling
as wash solution for ovary and sperm during in vitro culture and fertilization

Packaging

4L package size comes in a box with a spigot for spill free dispensing.

When diluted to a 1X concentration, this product will yield a phosphate buffered saline solution with a phosphate buffer concentration of 0.01M and a sodium chloride concentration of 0.154M. The solution pH will be 7.4.
