General description
Vial septa are available in a variety of materials. Septa, PTFE/Silicone (septum diam. × thickness 22 mm × 0.100 in.) are compatible with a large amber screw top 240 mL bottle caps. They are suitable for use with most organics (until pierced) and are not recommended for use with chlorosilanes.
