General description
Vials (volume 2 mL, amber glass vial, thread 8-425) are suitable basically to inject samples from an autosampler. Autosampler needle pierces through the cap during injection and withdraws the required aliquots of sample from the vials. Amber glass protects sensitive samples from exposure to UV light.
Application
Vials, screw top, amber glass (vial only) has been used in loading samples such as phospholipids oxidized in vitro or extracted from LDL or cells, analyzed by electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) and liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole-linear ion trap (LC-QqLIT-MS).
