General description
11-巯基十一烷酸(MUA)用作具有长链烷烃链和含羧基硫醇的自组装单分子膜(SAM)。MUA高度组装，装且具有自组织表面单分子膜。它是一种pH敏感配体，有助于将纳米颗粒分散到基于水和溶剂的介质中。
Application
作为自组装单分子膜(SAM)，MUA可用作医学诊断细菌检测和定量的微流体集成表面等离振子共振(SPR)体。它还可用于生物官能化登革热检测和定量所用的丝网印刷金电极(SPGE)。这种成分还可在通过巯基连接的金纳米颗粒(AuNP)上形成单分子膜。掺入MUA的AuNP具有出色的荧光特性，可用于检测血清样品中的金属离子。
