4-Chloromethcathinone, also known as 4-CMC, is a stimulant and designer drug found in "bath salts" sold at head shops and over the Internet. These synthetic cathinones offer recreational uses that mimic the effects of illegal drugs such as cocaine, methamphetamine, and LSD.
