General description

泛素羧基末端水解酶7（USP7）是一种泛素特异性蛋白酶或去泛素化酶，可从其底物上裂解泛素。[Saridakis，2005]由于泛素化（多泛素化）最常与细胞蛋白的稳定性和降解相关，泛素羧基末端水解酶7的活性通常可稳定其底物蛋白。泛素羧基末端水解酶7最普遍地称为Mdm2的直接拮抗剂，Mdm2是肿瘤抑制蛋白p53的E3泛素连接酶。[Canning，2004]
