General description

~46 kDa

免疫细胞化学:
1-2 μg/mL先前批次在HeLa细胞,hCAR转染的CHO细胞中显示出CAR的阳性免疫染色,但在用4%多聚甲醛固定并用0.2%Triton-X透化的未转染的CHO细胞中则没有。
