General description

在人类中，I型胶原蛋白是最丰富、表达最广泛的胶原蛋白。该异源三聚体包含两个α1（I）链和一个α2（I）链条。I型胶原α1（COL1A1）是I型胶原的主要成分，编码I型胶α1链前体。它具有重复的Gly-Xaa-Yaa三肽基序。胶原α-1（I）链蛋白是胶原复合物超家族的一员。COL1A1具有血管性血友病因子C型（vWFC）结构域、胶原三螺旋重复序列和原纤维胶原C末端结构域（COLF）。

Application

I型胶原蛋白，鼠尾可用于：
  • 胶原蛋白3D增殖测定
  • 终末期胶原增殖测定
  • 在制备用于模板的微胶囊的比较研究中，在纯球霰石碳酸钙（CaCO3）晶体的介孔核上评估结构-性能关系
  • 在盖玻片涂层中生长人脑微血管内皮细胞系（hCMEC/D3），用于创建细胞共培养和慢性硬膜下血肿（CSDH）患者血肿样品诱导的损伤模型

Biochem/physiol Actions

I型胶原 α1（COL1A1）在化疗耐药性中起着关键作用，并可能成为治疗靶点。参与卡铂耐药卵巢癌症（OV）。COL1A1在癌症（CRC）的发展中起着癌基因的作用。显性遗传COL1A1基因突变导致结缔组织疾病，如成骨不全症（OI）。
