General description
牛血清白蛋白(BSA)是一种α-螺旋状的非糖基化球状蛋白，含有17个二硫键。
牛血清白蛋白，组分V(RIA和ELISA级)是可用作稳定剂和载体蛋白的纯化血浆蛋白。在非变性条件下通过改良Cohn方法和辛酸热激处理制备。
Application
牛血清白蛋白，组分V(RIA和ELISA级)已用于：
- 在免疫组化(IHC)分析中用于胎盘组织切片的封闭
- 作为Krebs缓冲液组分，用于体外葡萄糖刺激胰岛素分泌(GSIS)实验和药物/棕榈酸制备
- 作为溶剂对照孵育小鼠全血，用于研究体内血小板聚集

Preparation Note
