General description
人血清白蛋白(HSA)是可溶性的非糖基化球状蛋白单体，是血浆中含量最为丰富的蛋白。由I、II和III三个同源结构域组成多个结构域的蛋白质。每个结构域包含子域A和B，具有相同的结构基元。HSA基因位于人类染色体4q13.3上。
Biochem/physiol Actions
人血清白蛋白(HSA)是脂肪酸、甲状腺激素和类固醇的主要载体蛋白。对细胞外液量的稳定起关键作用。HSA可用作疫苗和治疗性蛋白质药物的赋形剂。还可用作疫苗和药物生产中的细胞培养基补充剂。HSA用于治疗血液透析、急性肝功能衰竭、慢性肝病等。HSA适用于各种生物应用，包括配体捕获、纳米给药和融合蛋白等。
Preparation Note
复溶后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多6个月。
