General description
一种可渗透细胞的化合物,作为非肌肉肌球蛋白Ⅱ的选择性、强效和可逆抑制剂。抑制人血小板(≤100 µM)的ATP酶和滑动运动,而不影响肌球蛋白轻链激酶(MLCK)的活性。已经显示出可以阻止细胞起泡并迅速破坏脊椎动物细胞中的定向细胞迁移和胞质分裂。不会破坏有丝分裂或影响收缩环的组装。也可使用50 mM(5 mg/342 µl)(±)-Blebbistatin在90% DMSO的溶液(目录号203389)。
