说明

General description

细胞可透过性真菌毒素。在抑制肌动蛋白丝功能方面，其效力比细胞松弛素B高约10倍。不抑制单糖跨细胞膜转运。通过阻止收缩性微丝的形成来抑制细胞质分裂。灭活低电导的K⁺通道。还调节T淋巴细胞中的CD4交联并增加细胞内Ca²⁺水平。表现出抗肿瘤活性。也可以提供10 mM的DMSO溶液（目录号504776）。

Preparation Note

在氯仿中复溶后，等分，在氮气流下干燥，并冷冻（-20°C）。临用前用DMSO复溶。干燥等分在-20°C下可稳定保存3个月。
