General description
最活跃和高度稳定的糖皮质激素。导致细胞周期蛋白A和Cdk2活性降低，并抑制成骨细胞中的G1/S转换。抑制视网膜母细胞瘤（Rb）蛋白的磷酸化。抑制血管内皮细胞中诱导型而非组成型一氧化氮合酶的表达（IC50=5 nM）。通过刺激Na+ - K+泵来增强主动脉平滑肌细胞的主动阳离子转运。诱导人胸腺细胞发生凋亡。
