Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
PI3激酶催化磷脂酰肌醇3号位磷酸化。在ATP和Mg2+存在下,这种I类酶可催化磷脂酰肌醇4,5-二磷酸(PIP2)转化为磷脂酰肌醇3,4,5-三磷酸(PIP3)。
