Application
HTRF® PI 3激酶活性测定试剂盒（1920孔）用于检测磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)的活性。也在生化分析中用于检测LL-00071210（一种选择性PI3Kδ抑制剂）的效力和选择性。
Biochem/physiol Actions
PI3激酶催化磷脂酰肌醇3号位磷酸化。在ATP和Mg2+存在下，这种I类酶可催化磷脂酰肌醇4,5-二磷酸(PIP2)转化为磷脂酰肌醇3,4,5-三磷酸(PIP3)。
