General description

在10 mM PBS，0.5 mM EDTA，10%甘露糖，2%蔗糖，1%BSA，pH值7.6中。

Other Notes

邻苯二胺（1 mg/mL，溶于柠檬酸盐缓冲液（pH 4.5）、0.1%过氧化尿素，25°C）用于检测免疫酶反应性。通过针对正常兔血清的免疫电泳测定，对兔IgG，重链和轻链具有单特异性。合适的工作稀释度由与测定条件相关的变量决定。
