General description

This Anti-alpha-Interferon Receptor Chain 2 Mouse mAb is validated for use in FC, IP, Neutralization Studies, Frozen and Paraffin Sections for the detection of α-Interferon Receptor Chain 2.

For flow cytometry, block cells with 50% human serum. Neutralizes the human interferon α receptor (IFN-αR) by binding to human interferon α receptor with high affinity and blocking the biological actions of type I interferons. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
