General description

A cell-permeable, potent, reversible, ATP-competitive, and selective inhibitor of myosin light chain kinase (K_i = 300 nM). Inhibits protein kinase A (K_i = 21 µM)and protein kinase C (K_i = 42 µM) at much higher concentrations.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 4°C.
