General description

A zwitterionic buffer useful in the pH range of 5.5-6.5 (absorbance: <0.05 at 260 nm, 100 mM, H₂O; pK_a: 6.2 at 20°C).

Absorbance (100 mM, H₂O, 260 nM):≤0.05.

Application
