General description

最常用的佛波醇酯。极强效的小鼠皮肤肿瘤促进剂。即使在nM浓度下也能在体内和体外激活蛋白激酶C。在培养的肝细胞中促进iNOS的表达。激活Ca2+-ATPase并增强毛喉素诱导的cAMP形成。抑制Fas抗原诱导的凋亡，但在HL-60早幼粒细胞白血病细胞中是诱导凋亡。它的结合是可逆的。
