General description

- 加入裂解缓冲液以裂解HUVEC培养物用于免疫沉淀
- 加入洗涤缓冲液以洗涤蛋白复合物

Biochem/physiol Actions
蛋白磷酸化和去磷酸化在信号转导中起重要作用，调控细胞分裂、增殖和凋亡等各种细胞过程。蛋白质激酶会给特定位点的丝氨酸、苏氨酸或酪氨酸残基加上磷酸基团，改变蛋白的构象及与配体相互作用的能力。接着蛋白质磷酸酶去除磷酸基团，使蛋白质恢复原本的去磷酸化状态。从细胞和组织裂解物中提取磷酸化蛋白时，保持它们的磷酸化状态至关重要。
