General description

一种细胞渗透性、可逆性和选择性γ-分泌酶拟肽类抑制剂，IC₅₀为13 µM，用于抑制β-淀粉样前体蛋白(APP)转染的中国仓鼠卵巢细胞中淀粉样β-蛋白(Aβ)的产生。对钙蛋白酶II仅显示微弱的抑制活性（在纯化酶测定中IC₅₀=100 µM）。
