General description
S蛋白琼脂糖可特异性保留S•标签 融合的蛋白。结合可以以柱的形式或批处理模式进行。使用稍微变性的条件或使用特定的蛋白酶（例如凝血酶或肠激酶）即可对适当的重组蛋白进行洗脱。S-蛋白琼脂糖的载量会发生变化，其数值基于所给定靶蛋白的大小和折叠特性。
它包含 15 个氨基酸的序列 Lys-Glu-Thr-Ala-Ala-Ala-Lys-Phe-Glu-Arg-Gln-His-Met-Asp-Ser （KETAAAKFERQHMDS）。
