General description
RNase A溶液是粉末状RNase A的方便替代品。它是牛胰核糖核酸酶A的高度纯化制剂，适用于选择性去除RNA。它已经经过预处理去除DNase I，适用于在质粒和基因组DNA纯化过程中去除RNA污染。在10 mM Tris-HCl，1 mM EDTA，50%甘油，pH 7.5中以10 mg/ml的浓度提供。
Application
RNA酶A溶液已用于：
- 小鼠胚胎神经外胚层细胞(NE-4C)的细胞周期分析
- 人骨肉瘤细胞系DNA提取实验中的RNA消化，以便进行染色质免疫沉淀(ChIP)分析
