蛋白质印迹： 1:1000-1:2000：使用微粒体膜级分，检测~54 kDa的条带；也可能存在其他条带。抗体已成功用于LICOR荧光westerns检测CYP3A4。

免疫组化：10%福尔马林固定，石蜡包埋的组织1:200-1:400，建议使用微波-柠檬酸抗原回收。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。

Biochem/physiol Actions

兔多克隆血清检测人和大鼠体内CYP3A4；通过所用免疫原的序列同源性，可以预期与CYP3A7、3A6V4；3A2V1、3A8、3A9的交叉反应性，但此时尚未测试。
