Use Anti-Cdc2 Antibody, phospho-specific (Tyr15) (Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody) validated in WB to detect Cdc2 also known as Cell Division Cycle 2, p34 Protein Kinase.

Western blot: 1:1,000

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

CDC2, phosphoTyr15. By Western blot the antibody recognizes the ~35 kDa phospho CDC2 protein. The labeling of the CDC2 band in Western blots of rat brain is blocked by the phosphopeptide but not by the dephosphopeptide.

Affinity purified immunoglobulin in 10 mM Hepes, pH 7.5, with 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol.

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted for up to 6 months from date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not store in a self-defrosting freezer.
