Western blot: 1:1,000. A 65 kDa band is observed against human p65. HeLa cells of TNF inducible KBM-5 cells can be used as a positive control.

NFkappaB p65, phosphoSer276. By Western blot the antibody shows minimal reactivity with non-phosphorylated p65 and by ELISA is shows minimal reactivity with the non-phosphorylated form of the immunogen peptide.
