我们用活性凋亡细胞的1：100-1：200（0.5-4µg/ml）稀释液来检测胱天蛋白酶-3。
注意当使用组织时，活性胱天蛋白酶3的水平可以低于可检测的水平。使用CC119（人胱天蛋白酶3）与1 mM ATP培养30分钟（用于激活），作为westerns上的阳性对照。或者，用星形孢菌素（0.5µM，10-18小时）培养的神经元培养制剂通常会产生很强的胱天蛋白酶3信号。

免疫组化：
1：10稀释度（10-20µg/ml），AB3623在4%PFA固定、石蜡包埋的小鼠组织中反应成功。

Biochem/physiol Actions
